que já [past tense of verb] - that/who ever [past tense of verb]
Ex: Jesus: a pessoa mais intrigante e influente que já viveu neste Mundo
Jesus: the most intriguing and influencial person who ever lived on this Earth
Unlike
Spanish, whose wording in this case would be different. (Jesus: la
persona mas intrigante e influyente que jamás vivió en este Mundo [Note:
usually in Spanish, jamás would go after the verb. But, as in this
case, since something is following it I think it sounds better to put
jamás before the verb)
